Biomedical Engineering Websites at Mass General Brigham

Welcome to the Mass General Brigham Biomedical Engineering websites. The department has four different websites, each one designed to meet the needs of its users.

Our main website provides general information about our department for the public, medical equipment management material for Mass General Brigham employees, and technical documentation for our own staff in Biomedical Engineering. Some of the information is restricted and only accessible to Biomedical Engineering department members.

BWH has a website created specifically for clinical users of medical equipment that offers such information as equipment overviews, operator's manuals, links to manufacturer websites, quick reference guides, and training videos when available. The home page also provides information about Biomedical Engineering, safety recalls and hazard notifications, and an Ask Biomed feature for asking non-urgent equipment-related questions. This site is only available to users within the Mass General Brigham network.

At MGH, we have a website created specifically for clinical users of medical equipment that offers such information as quick reference guides, troubleshooting tips, frequently asked questions, and accessory ordering information for all the major device types that we support. The home page also provides Technology News, Safety Tips, a Suggestion Box, and an Ask Biomed feature for asking non-urgent equipment-related questions. This site is only available to users within the Mass General Brigham network.

At MGH, we have a website specifically for Biomed staff that includes staff news, technical resources, policies and procedures, equipment management documentation, useful tools and links, and timesheet entry and SET request forms, among other resources.

Our Model Shop site is intended for researchers and clinicians within Mass General Brigham who are in need of the services of our highly specialized Prototyping and Fabrication Facilities that provide custom designs and tooling. This site provides information about services offered, testimonials from customers, and showcases some of the projects done by our professional machinists.
